Boyer 2 Accountants Inc. formed to carry forward the legacy of a practice started in the 1950’s by Abe Wiener and later succeeded by Stewart A. Spar, who was Keith’s former mentor and partner for many years.

Keith Boyer, CPA, CFP
MANAGING PARTNER
As a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner, Keith is experienced serving closely-held businesses & individuals in Westchester & the tri-state area.
Keith’s knowledge of the tax law allows him to give the highest quality of service to clients in a variety of professions including general/specialty contractors, dentists, physicians, insurance agencies, retail opticians, food services, and more.
Keith’s expertise includes tax compliance, financial reporting, and consulting as well as handling tax examinations of all kinds and providing IRS representation.
Keith is a proud graduate of Pace University’s Lubin School of Business. His journey in accounting first began in 1982. For 7 years, Keith worked as a Staff Accountant before joining Stewart Spar in 1989 to form Spar & Boyer, Certified Public Accountants in Dobbs Ferry, New York.
For 21 years, Keith and Stewart ran a successful accounting business and built up a strong reputation for offering top-notch accounting services.
In 2010, Keith formed Keith Boyer CPA, LLC, where his son, Chris, also caught the accounting bug and joined the business in 2013.
Now, Keith and Chris work in tandem as managing partners of Boyer 2 Accountants.
Outside of the office, Keith is an avid cycler and a huge Grateful Dead fan. He is also a proud Yankees fan, a pastime he shares with his kids.

MANAGING PARTNER
Chris takes the time to understand the industry and sector of his clients in order to take the best approach possible.
He has a multitude of experience in the accounting industry including tax preparation, bookkeeping, and representing clients with IRS and state collection.
Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to his work and has provided the highest quality of service to clients.
An entrepreneur at heart, started his first business at age 15 selling baseball cards through his eBay store.
Chris’ interest in business and the sports industry led him to earn a Bachelor’s in Sports Management from UMass Amherst’s Isenberg School of Management. Upon graduation, Chris worked for the New York Yankees as an integral part of their Premium Services Hospitality Group.
Ultimately, his passion for business and ability to serve the public led him to join the family business and earn his Master’s in Accounting from Iona College’s Hagan School of Business.
Away from accounting, Chris is a huge baseball fan and card collector.
